Learn how to enable and install WP eSignature add-ons

Hi there… I’m KMG the founder of ApproveMe and WP eSignature and in this video I’m going to show you how to install, enable and manage your basic and advanced add-on features for WP eSignature.

As of our 1.4.0 release we’ve updated the way WP eSignature manages these plugin files so if you’re an existing customer you’ll definitely want to pay close attention.

The e-signature core plugin can be downloaded from your profile page at approveme.com/profile

I want you to think of our core egine plugin as the base model for signing documents. The add-on features are interior, and more advanced features for automating, creating and receiving signed documents.

We made it that way because each customer has a unique use case for our plugin.

We wanted to give YOU the power to pick and choose which esignature features you wanted enabled or disabled on your WordPress website. After all performance is something we’re concerned about and we only want you using the exact features that you need or want for your esignature automation workflow.

So… After you’ve installed and activated the e-signatue zip file in your WordPress plugin dashboard you’ll see the “E-Signature” tab located in your dashboard.

For security reasons we require at least one settings account to first be setup in order to configure and use the plugin.

Enter your full legal name, email address, and organization name then you’re going to draw or type your signature and then save your settings.

This next step is a very important step!

Go to the licensing tab which is located under “E-Signature” + “Settings” tab menu and then manually enter the license key that we received when purchasing WP eSignature.

A valid license key IS REQUIRED to access updates, install new esignature features and to submit a support request.



After entering your license key you should see the option to install all add-ons. If you are upgrading from 1.3.6 or earlier you’ll need to manually click “Install Now” for each add-on from your “E-Signature” add-ons tab.
